Pay Disparity and Sexual Harassment Filed Against Cedar Realty CEO Schanzer

For the charges of sexual harassment and discrimination about the pay, former Chief Operating Officer Nancy H Mozzachio filed a case against the company’s Bruce Schanzer who happens to be the Realty Cedar’s current CEO. The decision whether of these charges is in the hands of a judge in Brooklyn.

According to Nancy Mozzachio on her statement last Nov 2 to CEO Bruce Schanzer, she says that he was giving improper comments to ladies at work. According to Nancy, the current CEO of Cedar Realty has made some improper remarks about her breasts and also randomly calling her “babe”. CEO Schanzer is also being accused of making an imprudent comment about bringing some Double Ds to work while Nancy was drinking a cup of coffee from Dunkin Donuts.
